How long does a relocation purchase typically take?

Discovery weekend → offer accepted in 2-3 weeks → close 30 days after that. So 6-8 weeks from first call to keys is typical. Faster is possible.

Can I work remote and live in Tyler?

Yes - fiber internet is available across most of Tyler, Lindale, Whitehouse, and Bullard. Many of our recent buyers are full-remote or hybrid working DFW/Houston jobs from a Tyler home office.

Should I sell my current house first?

Depends on equity, rates, and your tolerance for two mortgages. We’ll walk through the contingent-offer + bridge financing options with your specifics. Selling first is the lower-risk path for most clients.
