Three Doves Estates is a new-construction community in north Bullard on Old Jacksonville Highway, served by Bullard ISD and located across from Brookhill School, just minutes south of Tyler. Built out in phases since about 2016, it features French Country architecture on lots that generally run from roughly an eighth to a third of an acre.
The neighborhood has concrete streets with sidewalks and city services, giving it a tidy, cohesive look. Homes are newer construction, generally from the $300,000s into the $600,000s depending on size and finish.
